WHITE-GLOVE INTERVIEW CAPTURE
Every answer starts with an authentic interview.
What brings a StoryFile to life is not just our technology, but the authentic stories and expertise behind every conversation. We focus on real lived experiences and testimony rather than a simple list of facts. By capturing the explanations, feelings, and motivations behind life events, these recorded conversations go beyond sharing information to foster genuine human connection and deeper learning.
To ensure every interview feels personal, StoryFile works directly with your subject to draw out their unique memories, reactions, and lessons. Together, we shape a customized question path and determine the intended audience—whether the final StoryFile is meant to speak to friends, family, colleagues, or the public. Our goal is to capture the full texture of a person’s voice, preserving what they know, what they lived, and exactly how they want their stories to be understood.
We strive to provide a calm, professional, and seamless recording experience tailored to your needs. The interview can take place in your home, office, or on a dedicated recording stage. StoryFile provides a dedicated interviewer, a professional film crew, and optional wardrobe, hair, and makeup services to help you look your best. Depending on how deep you want to explore, recording sessions typically last between one to five days and can cover anywhere from 50 to 1,000 questions.
