The patented Storytelling AI systems allow individuals to rapidly interview family members or corporations to produce interactive content to support the business. The system provides quick question templates to make it easy to record, upload, and start interacting with your videos almost instantly.
Artificially Intelligent Interactive Memories are video memories that are retrieved using artificial intelligence. The memories are stored in a knowledge base that can include neural networks and graphs. Memories can be triggered by verbal questions or even non-verbal expressions and gestures.

End-user engagement analytics
When audiences ask a question, our system is able to sift through all corresponding interview clips for that storyfile to find an intuitive conversational response.
Our AI technology searches for related words.
It recognizes that the words “sky” and “blue” are related to each other because the sky is blue.
Our process involves people going in physically and adding additional questions (we call them “variants”) into the system for better accuracy and content.
By adding more variants, we’re increasing the chances for a question match.

Conversational AI Pipeline
During the production process, videos are uploaded, transcribed, and tagged with question variants. This metadata highlights the most relevant information within each video response.
Users can interact with StoryFiles on any internet connected browser. Users can ask their question by talking into the microphone, using the built in keyboard, or selecting from existing question hints. Audio responses are transcribed and sent to AI dialog management.
When audiences ask a question, the system is able to sift through all corresponding interview clips for that storyfile to find an intuitive conversational response.
The AI technology searches for words related to each other. For example it recognizes that the words “sky” and “blue” are related to each other because the sky is blue.
Our algorithm analyzes the transcripts of the video to find a story that best answers the questions. Trainers can also add additional variants into the system.
More advanced StoryFiles can identify people, places, and other entities within questions, track topics over the course of the conversation, or evaluate the interaction based on educational grading rubrics and provide final scores and feedback.
Testing & Analytics
As users start interacting with StoryFiles, Conversa provides analytics tools to identify gaps and issues in the conversation. Human experts can review input logs and add additional training data to improve conversational accuracy.
